Within social services, Individual and Family, there is open care with several operations that all work with preventive and promotional measures.

Within open care, there are several different professions that together form a supportive organization to achieve the goals of the various operations. There are currently 24 people working in open care.

We need hourly substitutes and also summer substitutes for Housing Support and our support housing for substance abuse.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To support individuals living in support housing or ordinary housing who have been granted decisions under the Social Services Act. The target group is individuals/families with mental disabilities along with possible co-morbidity or difficulties that are equated without diagnosis. The idea is to work promoteively to strengthen the individual's resources and functional ability. There are 2 support housing facilities for individuals aged 16-20, who for various reasons cannot live with their families, and support housing for individuals with dependency/addiction from the age of 21. In housing support, we also assist families with children to ensure and meet the child's need for a functioning everyday life. Job responsibilities vary from supporting in daily life, accompanying individuals to, for example, medical appointments, or through conversations. This can take place both through home visits or via phone/computer.

Working hours include days, evenings, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with at least a caregiver qualification, and with experience of the target group or other education that the employer deems appropriate.

You must master the Swedish language both in speech and writing.

As a person, you need to be flexible, calm, and always have a good attitude. The operation requires resilience as you never know how the day may unfold. You have the ability to work independently and drive the processes needed to achieve the goals of the intervention. You will document visits.

Since Lindesberg municipality is large, it is required that you as an applicant have a B driver's license for a car and drive in service.
