Working as a personal assistant is important and rewarding in many different ways, but it can also be difficult and demanding. There can be several different challenges and varying conditions to consider at the same time. It is important that you as an assistant feel secure in your professional role, and your introductory training is followed by frequent staff meetings and ongoing supervision.

We are currently looking for an active and engaged personal assistant who can help ensure that our customer has the right conditions to live as independently and actively as possible.

The girl has an acquired brain injury and lives with her parents in a villa in Karlskoga. She is now looking for an assistant who can accompany and assist her during training and activities outside the home.

We are looking for someone who is positive, secure, strong, and willing to work, and who wants to make a difference in another person's daily life and quality of life. It is important that you have a sense of integrity as you will be working closely with both the customer and her family, and you need to be able to collaborate in a safe and relaxed manner. In your role as a personal assistant, you will have varied tasks. This may include personal and intimate care and assisting with training and activities. To be eligible for the position, you need to have a driver's license. The customer has access to a car.

Working hours: The working hours will primarily be during the day and evenings.

Employment type: Hourly employment.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other compensation according to collective agreements.

Start date: Immediately for introduction.

To be eligible for the position, you must:

• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Have a driver's license
• Be tolerant of pets as there is a cat in the home
• Be responsible and flexible
• Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability
