Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's autonomy and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

The client is a man in his 30s with interests in IT/technology, outdoor activities, cooking, and he also has a slight interest in plants. Humor and irony are important to him.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following:

• wants to work with a man in his 30s residing in Laxå
• has good knowledge of Swedish
• has a manual B driver's license
• is smoke-free during working hours
• has good physical condition and can perform lifting and transfers in the job

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts". The positions are one schedule of about 70% and one schedule of about 47%. The shifts are arranged as day shifts with on-call hours at night.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements.

Start date

Immediately or according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that confirm your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
