About the Role

Business Development works with both operational and customer-specific development projects within waste management and recycling. As a project manager in this area, you will be part of a dynamic group consisting of business developers, project managers, technical specialists, and planners.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for both the creation and follow-up of the project plan, timeline, budget, and delivery through all phases of the project. You will continuously report and anchor decisions to project owners, steering groups, and stakeholders. You will also contribute to the evaluation work with analyses on how future projects can be improved. The project work follows a specific project model with associated working methods that you will also have the opportunity to help develop. Naturally, the role includes being a good client and coordinating the internal and external resources needed throughout the various phases of the project.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have a university degree in a technical field or economics, or why not a combination in the form of industrial economics. You have several years of experience in business development, complex service sales, or operational development in a relevant area. You also need to have experience in driving projects from start to finish. Furthermore, good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as well as a B driver's license, is required.

It is advantageous if you have:

• experience in heavy industry, the waste sector, or another related process industry.
• certification in project management.
• experience in sales and business development work.
• experience in driving processes from the idea stage to a finished concept. If you have worked with the industrialization of development projects, that is also a significant advantage.

As a person, you have a good business understanding and the ability to work with complexity. You also have a keen eye for how a solution can be designed to meet a broader market need while being focused on meeting expectations in customer-specific projects. You have a natural drive and enjoy independently pushing your processes forward. At the same time, you respect structures and processes and understand the priorities that are made, which also requires persistence. Furthermore, it is important that you are communicative, have good collaboration skills, and can engage with people in various contexts.

The employment is full-time, and the salary depends on qualifications.
