About the role

As Chief Financial Officer at AB Linde Maskiner, you will have a central and strategic role in our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the company's financial stability and development by working with daily accounting, liquidity forecasts, budgeting, annual reports – both for the parent company and our sister company, Linde Bergslag Fastigheter AB. You will also be responsible for group accounting and reporting to the CEO and board. The role means that you will be part of the company's management team, where you contribute to shaping our long-term strategy and development.

The role also includes personnel responsibility for a payroll administrator who handles payroll management and other tasks related to personnel, finance, and administration.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ongoing accounting and financial planning.
• Liquidity forecasts and budget work.
• Annual reports, monthly closings, and year-end closings for both companies.
• VAT reporting.
• Group accounting and financial reporting.
• Financial reporting to the CEO and board.
• Act as secretary (adjunct) at board meetings.
• Actively contribute to the company's development as a member of the management team.
• Personnel responsibility for a payroll administrator.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is analytical, unpretentious, and solution-oriented. You have the ability to work independently, see the big picture, and at the same time manage details in financial processes.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Relevant education in finance or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working independently with the above tasks.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English.

Meritorious:

• Experience with the business system Monitor.
• Previous work in a similar role within small or medium-sized companies.
