Statistics Sweden is looking for temporary reinforcement to its team with three administrators

The assignment concerns an EU-regulated survey on the level and structure of labor costs that is carried out regularly. The survey aims to provide an overview of labor costs in different industries and countries.

Assignment description:

• Review of reported data from companies and the public sector.
• Direct contact with data providers via email and telephone to answer questions and provide service.
• Assessment of figures regarding, among other things, number of employees, salaries, and other personnel costs for 2024.

Location and scope:

• Location: SCB in Örebro. The work is done on-site (not remote work).
• Scope: Starts week 11, lasts until midsummer, with an effort of approximately 75-80%.
• Three administrators: 30 hours/week for 13 weeks (weeks 11-23).
• One of the administrator positions: 30 hours/week for an additional 10 weeks (weeks 24-33).

Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge in payroll administration and accounting.
• Basic knowledge in business economics (equivalent to Business Economics A).
• Experience in customer contacts and service via telephone.

Personal qualities:

• Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
• Good ability to work towards a deadline.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others.
• Interest in society and a sense of service are crucial to be able to meet data providers in a suitable manner.
