As two of our employees are moving on to other assignments within the Psychiatry Area, we are now looking for dedicated medical care administrators to be placed in child and adolescent psychiatry.

Health administration is a central function in the clinic's work, and together with our medical care administrators, we will develop the professional role, administrative practices, and ensure that the administrative processes of the area function. Business and management support is a newly formed business area within the Psychiatry Area. The business area consists of approximately 85 employees, of which 60 are medical care administrators.

Responsibilities

The position includes typical tasks for a medical care administrator, such as medical documentation, patient administration, mail handling, and administrative service to other professional groups. The work is very diverse and offers close collaboration with all professional groups in psychiatry. The positions will be placed in the investigation team.

You should be able to work independently, be solution-oriented, and have a professional approach. Contributing to the development and change projects of the business is seen as a natural part of your work. Remote work may be relevant one day a week, except during the introduction period and during the summer, Christmas, and New Year periods.

As we in Psychiatry care about our patients and value patient safety highly, we will request extracts from the suspicion and criminal records from the National Police Board in connection with the recruitment. Qualifications

Medical care administrator education, medical secretary education, or medical secretarial education is a requirement. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language, be service-oriented, flexible, independent, and accurate, and have good collaboration skills. You should find it easy to create good encounters with both patients and colleagues and enjoy working in a team. Knowledge of the Cosmic journal system is considered a merit.

You are open to development and enjoy working for continuous improvements in the business and developing in your professional role. We will attach great importance to personal suitability.
