We are now looking for several statistical administrators to the Swedish National Statistical Office (SCB) in Örebro. Do you have previous experience in similar work, knowledge in payroll administration/accounting, and can start the assignment in March 2025?

About the assignment

A part-time consulting assignment of 75-80% (30 hours/week) starting in week 11 (beginning of March 2025) and running until midsummer, with a possibility of extension. The location for the assignment is the agency's office in Örebro (no remote work). Working hours are Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00.

This is a consulting assignment via Bemannia.

Your tasks

You will work with reviewing incoming data from companies and the public sector in the survey on the level and structure of labor costs. The work requires direct contact with data providers via email and/or phone to answer incoming questions and provide service. The tasks also include assessing the reasonableness of incoming data. The data included in the survey concerns, among other things, the number of employees, hours worked, salaries, employer contributions, and other personnel costs for 2024. Introduction and information will be provided on-site at our client.

Your qualifications

• Experience/knowledge of payroll administration
• Experience/knowledge of accounting
• Some knowledge of business economics (equivalent to business economics A)
• Experience in customer contact/service via phone
• Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

Meritorious

• Knowledge of statistics at a basic level
• Experience of having run your own business
