Miljonbemanning AB is looking for individuals who want to work as consultants with us. You will be employed by Miljonbemanning AB and leased out for assignments at the statistical authority SCB (Statistics Sweden).

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for part-time telephone interviewers for SCB in Örebro. The tasks include conducting telephone interviews with individuals selected in the Labor Force Survey (AKU) and the surveys on living conditions (ULF). AKU is a survey that measures employment and shows the state of the labor market in Sweden, while ULF highlights aspects such as health, economy, housing, employment, and leisure activities for the Swedish population.

Working Hours

You will work on-site at SCB's premises, mainly in the evenings from 5 pm to 9 pm, but other working hours may also occur, such as 9 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 9 pm. The most common working days are Monday to Thursday, but work on weekends may also be required.

To be eligible for the position, the following is required:

• High school diploma.
• At least one year of documented work experience.
• Good computer skills.
• Fluent in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
• Good communication skills.
• Availability for at least 3 work shifts per week.
• Attendance during the on-site introductory training at SCB's premises in Örebro. The ULF training extends over one week, five working days, essentially full-time; the AKU training lasts for about four working days but part-time. These paid trainings are mandatory in their entirety and are a requirement to start working at SCB.

It is advantageous if you have the following:

• Prior experience in interview work.
• Higher availability will be considered in the recruitment process.
