Recruitment Specialist for Epiroc

About the Role

As an experienced Recruitment Specialist, you will manage the entire recruitment process at Epiroc, from requirement profile to hiring. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure that the right skills match the company's needs.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving the entire recruitment process, including advertising, selection, interviews, and reference checks.
• Actively searching and headhunting candidates through various recruitment channels and networks.
• Participating in strategic recruitment meetings and analyzing recruitment trends to optimize processes.
• Ensuring a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience in recruitment within the technology or IT sector.
• Is experienced in searching and headhunting engineers or IT specialists.
• Has previous experience working with technical roles and can understand and match specific skill requirements.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and can handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Is a team player and enjoys sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues.
• Fluently speaks and writes in both Swedish and English.

About the Assignment

The assignment is with Epiroc, a global leader in mining and construction technology known for innovation and sustainability.
