We are looking for a personal assistant for a young woman in Örebro.

Novum is a nationwide assistance provider that operates based on a Christian value foundation, aiming to make a difference for individuals, the industry, and society.

As part of Novum Assistans, you will be involved as an employee through regular workplace meetings where the development of assignments takes place. We, as an assistance company, create conditions for the tasks that assistance requires, in ongoing competence development based on the needs of the assignment. As an assistant, you will thus have the opportunity for personal development both as an individual and in your professional role as a personal assistant.

Who are you as an applicant?

We are looking for someone who has personal suitability for the assignment. For us, this means that you are used to taking your own initiatives and that your personality contributes to creating a good atmosphere. You are a calm and secure person. You are attentive and can sense the needs of the person you will be working with. You should be able to work independently but also in collaboration with others in a group. The chemistry and interaction between you as an assistant and the client are crucial for the quality and experience of the work. There is a dog involved in the assignment. We are looking for a woman aged 18-40. The client uses a wheelchair, which she operates herself.Requirements:

you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both written and spoken form.

you are tolerant of dogs.

It is considered an advantage if:

you have experience working as an assistant.

About the employment

The employment is based on an hourly basis and as needed. Working hours may vary between day, evening, night, and weekend. We offer a fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other compensations are according to collective agreements. There will be an opportunity to work on a schedule until the summer of 2025.

The selection process is ongoing, and more information about the assignment will be provided during a possible interview. Start date will be agreed upon. For employment with Novum Assistans, you are required to have BankID and agree that your BankID will be used in the service.
