Service Advisor at Möller Bil Lindesberg

We are looking for a Service Advisor for Möller Bil Lindesberg. Do you enjoy working with service, customer contact, and delivering high quality while exceeding our customers' expectations? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

As a service advisor, you will have daily contact with our customers, guiding them in technical matters, booking appointments, and preparing cost estimates. Throughout the workday, you will work with our various computer systems, handling invoicing, warranties, and insurance matters, with the goal of ensuring that customers are exceptionally satisfied with their visit.

The role involves independent work where you lead and plan the daily operations in the workshop together with your colleagues.

Your qualifications

• Driver's license B with permission for manual transmission
• High school education
• Work experience in a customer service role
• Experience in the automotive industry is also an advantage.
• Good computer skills and administrative abilities are required as you will be working in various systems daily.
• Experience with systems such as Auto-Master, Elsa, Etka, Saga, and Cabas is an advantage

As a person, you are communicative and attentive in your interactions and have an easy time establishing and maintaining good contacts, both with customers and colleagues. It is important that you have good teamwork skills and enjoy working in a team while helping out where needed without prestige. You have a strong commitment to your work and take responsibility for achieving set goals. You can easily follow processes and routines and have no problem planning your work, and can reprioritize and handle stressful situations when necessary. To deliver high-quality service, you need to be meticulous and appreciate order and structure. Our customers should always be exceptionally satisfied after their visit.

More about the position

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
