Reducero compares interest rates and brokers loans to individuals via phone and our website. We have over 70 employees in two offices who help customers improve their everyday finances every day.

As a loan officer, you are responsible for the first customer contact. You help the customer create an application over the phone and schedule a meeting with an advisor.

We are looking for someone who:

• Wants to develop in sales
• Has an interest in finance
• You are competitive and driven by achieving goals.
• You are persistent and creative.

It is a merit if you have previously worked in sales or advisory roles within banking and insurance.
