Night Assistant Job

HELLO!

I am a small but tough girl currently looking for an assistant who can work awake night shifts as needed with the possibility of potentially working days and evenings.

You will be employed by Vivida Assistans, which is my assistance company, but the actual work will be performed at my home.

DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?

Are you a person who is used to taking care of children? Are you someone who enjoys taking a very large responsibility and being very meticulous about everything in your work?

Then you might be suitable to work at my home.

It is good if you have some previous experience working in healthcare or personal assistance, as it is very special to work in someone else's home.

If you are a quick learner and good at keeping track of many things at the same time, you may be a good fit for this job.

Experience working awake nights is a plus.

• Training will be provided by the assistants and the parents on-site at home.
• Experience with tracheostomy, respirators, and PEG (tube feeding) is also a plus, but not a requirement, as assistants and parents will teach this during the introduction.

WORKING HOURS AND EMPLOYMENT GRADES

Awake night shifts, with the possibility of day and evening work.

Example working hours are 21:00-07:15

YOUR SALARY

At Vivida, you as an assistant receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay and any additional compensation. A collective agreement is in place.
