Are you a confident and self-driven payroll consultant with deep experience in Flex HRM and Flex Classic? Now is your chance to take on an exciting role where you will work broadly with the entire payroll process and be a key resource in a growing organization.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the payroll process and be an important support for both employees, managers, and HR. This includes:

• Managing the entire payroll process, including reporting to the Tax Agency and the Social Insurance Agency

• Administering time, expense reports, pensions, insurances, and benefits

• Being the contact person for payroll system providers

• Ensuring compliance with laws, agreements, and guidelines for accurate payroll

• Contributing with statistics and analyses within the HR area

We are looking for someone who has

• At least 5 years of experience with both Flex Classic and Flex HRM

• Solid experience in managing the entire payroll process for larger organizations with over 200 employees

• Very good knowledge of Excel

• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing

• It is a merit if you have also worked in municipal operations with both officials and union employees.
