We are now looking for an experienced payroll specialist with deep expertise in Flex HRM and Flex Classic for a short-term consulting assignment in Skärholmen. The assignment is part-time, approximately 50 percent, and is performed entirely on-site at the client's location.

About the assignment

As a consultant, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process, from start to finish. The role includes payroll runs, reporting of pensions and benefits, generating lists and reports from the systems, and providing support in various payroll matters for both managers and employees. You will work closely with the client, which requires flexibility, collaboration skills, and confidence in your professional role.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in payroll work using Flex HRM and Flex Classic, and who is accustomed to handling payroll in organizations with over 200 employees. You are comfortable working in Excel and use it as a natural tool in your work. Experience from municipal operations, including both salaried and hourly employees, is a plus.
