Are you interested in working with assembly tools and instruments for development tests and installations worldwide?

We at Randstad are currently looking for an administrative support for the order group within Instrument & Tool Service at Siemens Energy in Finspång. The position primarily focuses on the administration of service orders in SAP, but you will work flexibly with both tool and instrument orders, depending on where the need is greatest. We would like you to be comfortable communicating with both internal interfaces and external customers, in Swedish and English – via Teams, phone, or email.

Responsibilities

• The tasks include order management according to agreed routines with the workshop, where picking and checking take place.
• You will also collaborate with our calibration group and technical support.
• Examples of equipment handled: hydraulics, hand tools, flow meters, laser equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in the industry.
• Knowledge of SAP business systems.
• You have a strong focus on quality and are meticulous in your work.
• You are comfortable communicating with both internal interfaces and external customers.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
