About the position We at Middlepoint are looking for a new star for one of our clients on a part-time basis. Our client operates in the grocery trade and has its headquarters in Solna. In the role of customer host, you are responsible for ensuring a pleasant and functional environment through daily rounds, handling furnishings, and ensuring that fault reports are managed effectively. The work involves close contact with both colleagues and customers, where service orientation and responsibility are central.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting daily rounds in the property to ensure order, safety, and comfort.
• Managing and carrying out furnishings in premises according to needs or bookings.
• Receiving, registering, and following up on fault reports in the case management system Maximo.
• Being a point of contact for both tenants and internal staff regarding questions or practical matters.
• Ensuring that common areas are in good condition and reporting any discrepancies.
• Assisting with simpler practical tasks in the daily operation of premises and work environment.

Requirements for the position

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
• Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
• Completed upper secondary education
• Experience with the case management system Maximo is an advantage

Employment Information Employment: Part-time 60%, 24h/week. Temporary until the end of the year with the possibility of extension. Start: End of September 2025 Working hours: Monday 07–16, Tuesday-Friday 07–11
