You will design value-creating learning journeys, strengthen internal mobility, and contribute to a culture where development is a natural part of everyday life.

You will belong to Talent & Growth, whose scope includes Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand, Learning & Development, leadership development, culture and engagement, performance management, and succession planning.

In the role of Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for the following areas:

Learning : Map competencies and identify needs, as well as design and implement tailored development programs for different target groups – always with a clear connection to business strategy and future skill requirements.

Competence & career development : Develop career paths and progression for different roles, promote internal mobility, and create a culture of continuous learning. Conduct analyses of skill gaps to meet both today's and tomorrow's needs.

Data & insights: Be responsible for our LMS and ensure data quality. Follow up and analyze key metrics, learning surveys, and engagement measurements to drive improvements and strategic decisions.

DEI initiatives : Plan and execute learning efforts that strengthen inclusion, belonging, and cultural awareness through workshops, networks, and events.

To succeed in this role, you need to be a strong relationship builder who enjoys collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. You like working with data and transforming insights into concrete actions to continuously develop and improve our work. It moves quickly at NOBA, so it is also important that you thrive in a changing context and actively ensure that we stay updated with current trends and research in the field.

In addition, we also see that you need:

• 5-6 years of experience in the Learning & Development field:
  • Experience in independently designing and implementing various types of learning initiatives (e-Learnings, programs, workshops, coaching).
  • Experience with LMS platforms in terms of creating content, managing users, and analyzing data.
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers in the field.
  • Knowledge in competency mapping, skills gap analysis, career development, and internal mobility, i.e., you can identify skill gaps, see the organization's needs, and develop learning strategies to ensure long-term success.
  • Experience in DEI is a plus.
• Experience with full budget responsibility.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian or Swedish, both spoken and written.

The salary range for the position is 48-53,000 SEK/month.
