Billogram is now looking for a flexible and self-driven Office Manager, starting immediately, who wants to take broad responsibility for ensuring the office runs smoothly. You will make the office a place where it is easy to feel comfortable, both for colleagues and visitors.
About the position
Billogram has just moved into their new premises on Sveavägen and is now looking for a temporary role to ensure that the daily operations in the office run as smoothly as possible. The position is approximately 3 months with an immediate start. As Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure that the office is welcoming, organized, and functional.
Your tasks will include:
- Keeping order and creating a pleasant atmosphere in the office, ensuring the kitchen is clean, coffee is freshly brewed, and there is always milk and fruit
- Welcoming the office's visitors
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Assisting with errands and deliveries
- Handling simpler practical matters in our new premises, such as receiving contractors and liaising with suppliers
Qualifications and characteristics
This is a role for you who enjoy taking responsibility and are both solution-oriented and confident in making your own decisions. You work independently and thrive in a varied work environment where no day is the same. We believe you have a practical mindset and can easily see what needs to be done, while also creating structure and order around you. Service is a natural part of your personality, and you meet people with energy, engagement, and a smile.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a similar role, e.g., Office Manager or Office Assistant
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Additional information
- Start: Immediately, week 38
- Location: Stockholm, Sveavägen
- Scope: Full-time
- Working hours: 07:30-16:30, weekdays
- Salary: Hourly wage
