Part-time Substitute for our Reception at Rehab City Östermalm

Job Responsibilities:

All tasks related to the role of administrator/receptionist in primary care rehabilitation. As an administrator with us, you will be the face of the unit and a support function for our entire operation. You will support the care process with referral management, appointment booking, record management, and service via phone and chat. The work also includes mail handling, purchasing, facility issues, laundry, and more.

We are open to shaping the position based on your skills and interests as well as our needs.

Employment Type:

Intermittent employment (Part-time). Start date by agreement.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with experience in independent administrative work, previous experience in reception, and who has worked in healthcare. You can juggle multiple tasks at once and enjoy being the hub of our unit. You have good computer and phone skills, and are experienced in interacting with patients, including those with protected ID. Experience with the Take Care journal system and cash handling is an advantage.
