HR Administrator at Rudbeck

Rudbeck is the high school of Sollentuna Municipality.

The school is located next to Edsviken and the beautiful Edsbergsparken, 20 kilometers north of Stockholm. At Rudbeck, nearly 2400 students study, and we have over 250 employees. This contributes to a fantastic diversity that we are proud of.

The service unit at Rudbeck consists of 14 people who together staff the reception, administration, bookkeeping, IT function, and maintenance. We are now looking for a new colleague for the role of HR Administrator.

Job Responsibilities

As an HR Administrator, you will support the school's managers with personnel and payroll issues.

The area of work is broad and includes, among other things, personnel administration such as hiring, payroll control, absence management, substitute procurement, recruitment administration, onboarding of new employees, and being a sounding board for the school's managers on various personnel issues.

The position includes responsibility for absence reporting. Other administrative tasks may also occur.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a high school education and further education, such as YH/KY training in the personnel administrative field or other further education that the employer deems equivalent. Experience in personnel work and knowledge of labor law, recruitment, rehabilitation, and onboarding are considered meritorious.

The work requires a consultative approach and a high degree of professional integrity, good communication skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships. The role assumes that you are service-oriented and structured with a good ability to plan and organize your work. You are genuinely interested in employer issues, and we would like you to actively and independently raise questions and come up with ideas that can improve and streamline our way of working.

You need to have good computer skills and experience working in personnel administrative systems. It is also meritorious if you have worked with similar issues in schools.
