We are looking for a Business Controller focused on IT operations who wants to drive financial work in an exciting transformation journey. In this role, you will work closely with senior colleagues and the CFO, and play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies for successful integration and long-term growth.

Your main responsibilities:

• Participate in the financial IT transformation work related to the merger.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the integration, focusing on financial stability and efficiency.
• Analyze and optimize financial processes and systems to support IT operations.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure accurate financial monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and resolve financial challenges related to the merger.

Are you the one we are looking for?

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• A relevant higher education in finance or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience as a controller, preferably with a background in auditing or accounting.
• Some experience working with financial management within IT, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring related to IT operations.
• Experience managing complex financial structures and processes.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working within cross-functional teams.
• The ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive change in a dynamic and changing work environment.
