About the Position

As a recruiter, you will work in the bank's Talent Acquisition team and support managers throughout the recruitment process, from job requirements to reference checks. You will recruit for a wide range of roles within banking and finance, including advisors, private bankers, specialists in finance, as well as marketing, sales, economics, HR, and project managers. You will be an important part of a dynamic and supportive workgroup in Stockholm. You will report to the team leader in Talent Acquisition.

The position is a consulting assignment with an immediate start date. It is a full-time position, and the duration extends until April 30, 2025.

In your role as a Recruiter, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ongoing recruitment for roles within banking, finance, and administration.
  • Supporting managers throughout the recruitment process, from job requirements to reference checks.
  • Utilizing competency-based recruitment and tests to ensure the right candidate match.
  • Working on the recruitment of leaders and senior employees, primarily within advisory and finance.

About You

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of recruitment experience, either as a recruitment consultant or in an in-house recruitment role. You have experience recruiting for both leadership and senior positions, preferably within banking and finance. Knowledge of competency-based recruitment and proficiency in using tests is advantageous, and experience with Teamtailor is a plus. You have good experience guiding demanding managers through the entire recruitment process. Knowledge of finance and administrative roles is also a merit.

Furthermore, we see that you are structured, communicative, and have the ability to build trust with both candidates and managers.

Important for the Position:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within banking and finance.
  • Experience in competency-based recruitment and testing.
  • Ability to work closely with managers and guide them through the recruitment process.
