Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 200 employees work with technical property operations and management. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property operations, with a focus on the whole.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of property systems
• Participate in the initiation of new assignments/contracts
• Implement and optimize control and regulation systems
• Work on energy optimization to improve efficiency
• Support and guide operations technicians and property technicians
• Independently troubleshoot technical installations and equipment
• Ensure that assigned fault reports are addressed and reported back
• Procure and hire external specialists and personnel for various maintenance work as needed

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in practical property operations
• In-depth knowledge of property technical systems, operational optimization, and operational plans.
• In-depth knowledge of control & regulation for operational systems

As part of our service group, you will support our various assignments in Stockholm, e.g., during the startup of new contracts and where there is a need for additional expertise. Therefore, you should enjoy moving between different assignments and having varied days.
