We are now looking for a Head of Fleet Master Data who plays a key role in the organization, serving as the bridge between various departments within Boels Group. Your main responsibility will be to increase the quality of fleet master data across our systems and drive efficiency initiatives through process development, standardization, and digital transformation.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in using technology to optimize operational processes. You have a strong drive to develop and implement improved systems and processes while inspiring and leading a dedicated team.

Your experience

• To succeed in this role, you should be proactive, solutions-oriented, and structured, with excellent communication skills. Experience in navigating change and fostering collaboration across different business units will be highly valued.
• Solid experience in master data management and product information management, preferably in the rental or logistics sector.
• Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing teams during transformation phases.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred), EDI, and other digital tools, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is a bonus).
• Experience in automation, AI, or machine learning is a plus.
