Electrician for Our Service Team

Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 200 employees work with technical property operations and management. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is the focus.

The role includes, among other things:

• Performing electrical new installations, renovations, and maintenance work
• Conducting electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with applicable authority requirements for electrical installations and devices during electrical work
• Assisting with quotation work for improvements/planned maintenance
• Providing assistance with property operations and maintenance as needed

Who are you?

You have:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in electrical service
• Completed electrical training
• Understanding of control and regulation
• A valid driver's license (B)

As a person, we prefer that you are service-oriented, that you prioritize the customer's best interest, and that you are good at handling different types of people and situations that may arise in daily work. It is also an advantage if you have the ability to prioritize and plan your work independently and if you enjoy sharing your knowledge with others in your team. We also appreciate good problem-solving skills.
