About the position
As a Service Advisor, you will greet our customers in person, via phone, and email. You will provide advice on service and repairs, give price information, handle insurance matters, and invoicing. A strong emphasis is placed on good service and excellent customer interaction. You will be part of a team where we work to develop together.

What we expect from you
You are accustomed to working with a customer focus and building good customer relationships. We prefer that you have previously worked in retail or another service profession and have good problem-solving skills. You have good computer skills and the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing. A B driver's license is required. Your personality, willingness to grow with us, and your attitude are what we prioritize most in this recruitment.
