Doktor.se is a leading player in both Sweden and Europe regarding digital healthcare and combined physical care. We are now looking for an engaged Head of M&A to lead our internal M&A team. The role reports to the Chief Corporate Finance, Planning & Strategy Officer who is responsible for the acquisition strategy.

Currently, we are the second largest company in Europe within our niche and one of two leading players in Sweden. Doktor.se also owns its own healthcare centers in Sweden, and we aim to continue growing, among other things through acquisitions.

About the role

In the role of Head of M&A, the work consists of creating analyses, modeling, due diligence, contract negotiations, and preparing materials related to acquisitions.

Additionally, you will support the Chief Corporate Finance, Planning & Strategy Officer in various other projects. The role also offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the management team and gain insight into both M&A and the company's overall strategy.

About you

We are looking for someone with a strong academic background in either economics or finance, as well as at least five years of experience in M&A or equity analysis.

You have a good ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.

Your skills in Excel, as well as PowerPoint and Word, are at a high level.

As a person, you are self-driven, positive, ambitious, meticulous, and analytical. You have a strong drive and are not afraid to take your own initiatives. Furthermore, you feel a strong sense of ownership and ensure that you complete the tasks you start.

• Start date? Of course, we want you to be part of us as soon as possible, but we understand if you are currently engaged elsewhere - so we will discuss a suitable date at the end of the process.
• Your base will be at our headquarters on Sveavägen 63. You will also have the opportunity to work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays.
