Big or small – we value everyone! We are looking for a passionate and dedicated person for our Customer Success department, who wants to be part of our dynamic team! As a Customer Success representative, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve their full potential and maximize their value with our products and services. You will be a key player in building strong relationships with our customers and providing them with an outstanding customer experience.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborating with other team members to address customer challenges and ensure quick and effective solutions

  • A positive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Most importantly, you are engaged, responsible, and enjoy learning new things
  • You are structured and meticulous, but also creative – you like to follow routines but think of new solutions when needed. Requirements:

  • You have good communication skills both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
