About the assignment and the candidate we are looking for An international company in the service and hospitality sector is expanding in Sweden and is now looking for an experienced recruiter. Here you will have the opportunity to be involved from the start and build a completely new operation – a unique opportunity for those who want to work in recruitment at a fast pace and in close collaboration with the business.

North of Stockholm · Start: Immediate · Assignment until June 30, 2026 (possibility of extension)

Office is located north of Stockholm, but the role is mainly remote.

About the role

As a recruiter, you will be a key person in the establishment in Sweden. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help build a company from the ground up. Your focus will be on quickly and professionally recruiting a large number of roles, primarily within blue-collar. You will work closely with an HR colleague in Stockholm and report to the HR manager based in Finland.

The work includes, among other things:

  • Volume recruitment of about 50 roles primarily in the service area.
  • Conducting advertising, selection, interviews, and the entire recruitment process.
  • Holding group interviews and working with best practices for service personnel in Sweden.
  • Participating in the implementation of a new recruitment system and adapting processes to Swedish legislation.
  • Collaboration with both Swedish and international teams.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with experience in volume recruitment and who is used to reaching out to the right target groups, especially within blue-collar/service. You are self-driven, proactive, and communicative.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment channels for blue-collar roles.
  • Experience in leading group interviews.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.

This is an assignment where you will be involved in building something new from the ground up in a global environment. You will have significant responsibility, work closely with the business, and contribute to creating a professional recruitment process during an exciting expansion phase.
