We are now looking for an interim HR consultant to start immediately. The assignment primarily involves supporting our client in matters related to redundancy and ongoing management support. The assignment covers approximately 40% per week and will last until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension.
About the company
Our client is an established player in tech retail with around 100 employees in Sweden and is part of a larger European group. The company operates several stores across the country and offers sales, service, and training. The organization is undergoing a reorganization and is therefore seeking an interim HR consultant who can provide support to managers and handle HR-related issues during this period.
Responsibilities
As an interim HR consultant, you will:
- Be a support to managers (approximately 20 managers, of which 15 are store managers)
- Drive and support ongoing reorganization and redundancy
- Handle union matters and contract negotiations, the company is affiliated with a collective agreement.
- Support in the development of processes and routines.
- Ensure that everyday HR issues are handled professionally.
Education, experience, and personal qualities We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR consultant.
- Documented experience working with reorganizations.
- Familiarity with union negotiations and collaboration with collective agreements.
- Previous experience providing support to managers in an operational business.
To succeed in this assignment, you are self-driven, confident in your skills, and accustomed to quickly adapting to new contexts. You are communicative and structured, with the ability to support managers in both change processes and everyday HR issues.
