We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team at Edge of Talent. You will be employed by us and work on an assignment where you mix presence at the client with work at our office. 

As a TA Consultant, you will work hands-on with the entire recruitment process. This includes creating requirement profiles, advertising, selection, interviews, and references – but above all sourcing and candidate contact. Your phone will be your primary tool, as many of the client's candidates cannot be reached via messages and social media. You will also work with event-based recruitment and field activities.

You will primarily work with a volume of recruitments for technical and vocational roles such as machine operators, site managers, and project managers in construction. This requires flexibility, speed, structure, and an ability to build trust with candidates.

Who are you? 

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on volume recruitment           with proactive candidate sourcing
• Experience in sourcing via LinkedIn and phone.
• A service-oriented and results-driven attitude.
• Good administrative skills and experience with ATS/recruitment systems.
• Energy, structure, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
