About the position Do you love service and are looking for a fun part-time job? We are looking for a flexible star to join our team! In this position, there is an opportunity to work in office environments and conferences.

 Your tasks will include:

• Welcoming employees and customers
• Phone and email communication
• Contact with suppliers
• Administrative work in systems
• Mail and invoice handling as well as deliveries
• Bookings and orders
• Acting as a mood manager and taking care of both visitors and employees
• Responsible for conference rooms and office rounds

Who are you? We know that you are a true service star who is passionate about personal meetings and loves working with people. You work proactively and solution-oriented, always staying one step ahead. You are flexible and unpretentious, able to work both independently and in a team. We appreciate if you are energetic, driven, ambitious, and enjoy coming up with new ideas. You have previous experience in service and have worked with the Office suite, as well as being fluent in Swedish and English.

Employment Employment type: Hourly employment Employment rate: As needed, you may be called in at short notice on the same day as well as during planned absences.
