This is a consultancy assignment with an immediate start until year-end -27. You will be employed by Inte Bara Post Bemanning and will work on-site with the client.

YOUR ROLE

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, performing administrative tasks, and contributing to keeping the office clean and pleasant. You will also perform simpler IT-related tasks, with no prior experience required. To thrive in this role, we see that you have a natural ability to see what needs to be done. You are willing to go the extra mile to ensure both clients and colleagues feel welcome. As an Office Manager, you will be a key person in ensuring a high level of service in the office and act as the company's face to the outside world. You will work with various tasks such as:

• Welcoming visitors
• Mail and courier management
• Contact person for suppliers, landlords, etc.
• Contact person for the IT office and performing simpler IT tasks, such as installing computers or conducting onboarding and offboarding procedures for colleagues
• Administrative support to account managers and salespeople
• Some contact with clients for simpler support, such as assisting with passwords for the Allianz Trade customer portal
• Managing orders
• Preparing for meetings
• Organizing Friday treats
• Other administrative tasks

As a person, you are social, self-driven, and service-oriented. To succeed in this role, we believe you are proactive, helpful, caring, and have an eye for detail. Furthermore, you are professional, responsible, and enjoy working independently.

You meet the following requirements:

• Have previous experience in service
• Have good knowledge of the Office suite
• Can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• An interest in finance is an advantage
