Raoul Wallenberg Preschool Vega 1 in Haninge consists of five departments and has space for 97 children. We work project-oriented where each team follows the children's curiosity and interests. We go outside twice a day and believe that everything you can do indoors can also be done outdoors.

We actively work to create a calm and safe working environment for both big and small. With an engaged approach towards guardians, children, and colleagues, we build good relationships. Our established routines and clear structures contribute to security for everyone.

We are now looking for an engaged preschool teacher to join our fantastic team!

The role of a preschool teacher within a Raoul Wallenberg preschool is extremely exciting, challenging, and developing. The focus is on both pedagogical and character-based leadership.

The tasks involve working purposefully with colleagues, planning, implementing, and evaluating the activities according to applicable governing documents and the company's values. You lead and develop the education together with the entire team. You have a particular responsibility for teaching and work with the curriculum as a base and based on each child's knowledge, conditions, and specific needs.

• Is a qualified preschool teacher and holds a preschool teacher certification.
• Masters the Swedish language in speech and writing.
• Has several years of experience as we highly value pedagogical work.
• Is well acquainted with the various governing documents of preschool.

• You have good leadership skills where you recognize the importance of being attentive and working with participation.
