About the Position We are now looking for a new service star for our client in Solna. As a receptionist and conference host, you will provide high-class service characterized by warm and personal hospitality. In your role, you will work at the reception as well as plan and prepare for meetings and conferences and arrange food and beverages for conference guests. The client's focus is to ensure that conference guests can have the most efficient meeting possible. Guests have meetings ranging from internal conferences to customer events.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Active service response to guests in the premises (creating comfort, logistics, clarity)
• Arranging food and beverages for conference guests
• Planning and preparing the premises for meetings and conferences
• Service in conference rooms including technical equipment
• Bookings and upselling

Who are you? We are looking for an engaged and solution-oriented person for a full-time position who can quickly adapt to new tasks and work effectively under varying conditions. You are fearless, flexible in your working style, and enjoy handling both larger groups and more demanding visitors in a professional and secure manner.

Requirements for the Position

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
• Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite and tech-savvy
• Completed high school education

About Employment Employment: Temporary Full-time 100% Start: Immediately until December 31, 2025 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM and 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, rotating schedule
