About the Role
In this role, you will be a key person in the customer service and support team, where you will have daily contact with customers and assist them with inquiries regarding products, orders, and technical support. You will also work with order management, machine repairs, and administrative tasks. Here, you will have the opportunity to combine service and problem-solving in a business where technology and customer focus are at the center.
Your Future ResponsibilitiesYou will have a varied workday where you handle both customer service and technical issues. Examples of tasks include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and customer portal.
- Order reception and invoice handling.
- Technical support for spare parts, etc.
- Performing machine repairs and being responsible for the entire repair process in the workshop.
- Administrative tasks such as updating purchasing systems, managing Excel files, and adjusting prices.
- Supporting the retail operation and providing service to customers on-site.
- Experience in customer service
- Technical knowledge and experience in repairs or equivalent
- High school education, preferably with a technical or vocational focus
- Fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
