About the Job We at Middlepoint are looking for a new star for one of our clients on a part-time basis. Our client operates in the grocery retail sector and has its headquarters in Solna. In the role of customer host, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant and functional environment through daily rounds, handling furnishings, and efficiently managing fault reports. The job involves close contact with both colleagues and customers, where a sense of service and responsibility is central.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Conduct daily rounds in the property to ensure order, safety, and comfort.
- Handle and carry out furnishings in premises according to needs or bookings.
- Receive, register, and follow up on fault reports in the case management system Maximo.
- Be a point of contact for both tenants and internal staff regarding questions or practical matters.
- Ensure that common areas are in good condition and report any deviations.
- Support with simpler practical tasks in the daily operation of premises and work environment.

Requirements for the Position
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite
- Completed high school education
- Experience with the case management system Maximo is an advantage
About Employment Employment: Part-time 40%, 16h/week. This is a permanent position with a 6-month initial probationary period. Start: End of September 2025 Working hours: Fixed days on Mondays and Fridays, 07-16
