About the role of insurance administrator in Stockholm
In the role of insurance administrator, you will work with administration, processing insurance cases, and daily contact with customers, partners, and colleagues. You are an important link in delivering high service and contributing to smooth processes within the insurance area. The work involves both independent tasks and teamwork.
Responsibilities in insurance administration and customer contact
- Process and administer insurance cases from start to finish
- Provide service and advice to customers via phone, email, and digital channels
- Receive and register new insurance applications and update customer information in the system
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure quality in processing
- Follow up and provide feedback to customers regarding ongoing cases
- Participate in the development and improvement of internal processes and routines
Your profile – qualities and experiences we seek in an insurance administrator
- High school diploma, preferably with a focus on economics, administration, or similar
- Interest in insurance, administration, and customer service
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience using digital systems and managing documentation
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused in your work approach
- Strong service mindset and good collaboration skills
Preferred experiences for insurance administrators in Stockholm
- Experience in insurance management, administration, or a similar customer-facing role
- Knowledge in banking, finance, or other regulated activities
- Experience with customer contact, case management, or working in business systems
