About the role as Payroll Specialist with finance experience in Åkersberga

We are now looking for a self-driven payroll specialist with a finance background for our client's office in Åkersberga. You will be offered an important role where you become a central part of both the payroll process and other tasks within the finance department.

You will report directly to the finance or HR manager and work closely with colleagues in finance, HR, and other parts of the organization. The role is based in Åkersberga and primarily involves working on-site at the office.

Main responsibilities – Payroll, finance, and administration

  • Manage the entire payroll process from payroll data to payroll payment
  • Preparation and reporting of salaries, benefits, and taxes
  • Registration and administration of employment data, vacation, and absence
  • Ensure that payroll work is carried out in accordance with applicable laws, agreements, and procedures
  • Ongoing bookkeeping, invoice management, and other financial tasks as needed
  • Support during monthly and annual financial closings
  • Actively participate in improvement work related to payroll and finance
  • Provide support to managers and employees on issues related to payroll, pensions, and insurance

Qualifications – Payroll Specialist and finance in Åkersberga

  • Post-secondary education in payroll, finance, or similar
  • Driving license B and access to a car.
  • Several years of experience in payroll work and finance-related tasks
  • Good understanding of labor law, collective agreements, and pension administration
  • Able to work independently and take full responsibility for your tasks
  • Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written; English is an asset
  • Experience with the payroll system Hogia +
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and with high integrity

  • The role is a consulting assignment that extends to the end of March 2026 with the possibility of extension, and you will be employed by us at Andara.
