Talent Acquisition Partner (Parental Leave Cover)
Are you an experienced and passionate recruiter driven to provide both hiring managers and candidates with the best experience and service? Look no further! We are seeking someone to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team for a parental leave cover until August 2026.
In this role, you will:
- Create value for our hiring managers and candidates
- Manage your working hours and independently plan your work
- Be an important part of a wonderful recruitment team with great drive
- Be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from kickoff meeting to contract signing
The Talent Acquisition team supports all parts of the organization, so we need to work both independently and collaboratively. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work broadly with all roles within the company, focusing on areas within IT, Marketing, and Sales in our product areas Horse, Sports, and Casino.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our recruitment processes are effective and impactful, providing a world-class candidate experience. We are looking for a colleague with experience in independent recruitment work and experience in Tech recruitment and sourcing via LinkedIn.

- Experience in independent recruitment work with multiple processes running in parallel
- Availability to start immediately
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
