We are now looking for a receptionist for an exciting assignment in a representative entrance to a larger property with several different tenants. Here, you will be an important contact point for both visitors and people working in the building. You will welcome with a smile, provide top-class service, and contribute to creating a warm and professional environment.

About the role As a receptionist in the entrance to a well-visited property in Södermalm, you will be the first impression for both visitors and tenants. Together with a colleague, you will be responsible for creating a warm, inviting, and professional atmosphere where everyone feels seen and welcome.

The reception also includes a small café, which you and your colleague will be responsible for keeping pleasant and well-functioning. It is a social and eventful role where you need to be bubbly, solution-oriented, and confident in taking your own initiatives.

You have good administrative skills and feel comfortable with the Office suite. With your sense of service and eye for detail, you ensure that both daily routines and unexpected events are handled with engagement and a smile.

Your main tasks include:

• Welcoming visitors and creating a warm and professional atmosphere in the reception
• Ensuring that the café area is pleasant, well-stocked, and inviting
• Assisting with ordering and preparing snacks and lunches for internal meetings
• Handling simpler administrative tasks, such as booking and coordinating conference rooms
• Supporting internal functions with practical matters and being an accessible service point in everyday life
• Ensuring that the reception and entrance environment are always welcoming and representative

Who are we looking for: We are looking for a positive and social person with a strong sense of service and attention to detail. To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• An outgoing and warm personality – you make people feel welcome and secure
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or another front office role
• A proactive attitude – you see what needs to be done without being told
• Good administrative skills and very good computer skills, especially in the Office suite
• Experience working with digital calendars and booking systems
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form
• An eye for detail and a desire to deliver high quality in both big and small matters
• Flexible, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with varying tasks

Employment type: Part-time 50%, permanent with an initial probationary period of 6 months

Working hours: Weekdays during office hours

Employment: You will be employed by Carotte Staff and work as a consultant for our client

Start date: Mid-August or by agreement
