We are now looking for a junior property manager for an exciting consulting assignment in the energy sector in Finspång. Here you will have the chance to contribute to the management and development of properties in a technical and socially important business.

About the role

You will be part of a collaborative team of five people, where you, together with other managers, will work on both operational and development-oriented tasks. Your days will be varied and will include contacts with tenants as well as internal projects.

Examples of tasks:

• Coordination of smaller property projects

• Handling of rental and contractual issues

• Contact point for tenants, suppliers, and internal functions

• Administrative support and documentation

• Collaborating with employees and other functions in the business

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in property management

• Has post-secondary education in property management, technology, economics, or equivalent

• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

• Is structured, responsible, and enjoys collaboration

• Preferably has experience with property-related IT systems (meritorious)

Facts about the assignment:

• Location: Finspång

• Scope: Full-time, 100%

• Work model: Hybrid (at least 3 days/week on-site, initially 5 days/week)

• Date: August 11, 2025 - February 10, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
