Axxona AB was founded in 2009 with the purpose of managing commercial properties and rental apartments. Our properties are located in Alingsås and Stenungsund. The company also includes Axxona Hyrlager, which is a modern self-storage facility where we rent out storage spaces and offices to individuals and businesses. We currently have about 200 customers storing their belongings with us. In the autumn of 2024, 24 new industrial premises are planned to be ready for rental.

We are now looking for a financial manager for Axxona Hyrlager AB.

In your role as a financial manager, you will be responsible for the finances of our various management companies. Your workplace will be at the Axxona office at Axxona Hyrlager in Alingsås.

Responsibilities and areas of responsibility:

• Ongoing bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable
• VAT and tax reporting
• Company declarations
• Interim financial statements/annual reports
• Payroll management
• Reconciliation of rental income
• Create rental invoices & administer direct debit
• Assist with customer service/reception when needed

Knowledge of property management and administrative law is an advantage.

The financial system we work with is Visma.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in finance with several years of experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
