The administration has about 7,000 employees who together work with children's learning and development at the center. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you love forests, nature, and fresh air? Do you find it just as natural to have gatherings outdoors as indoors? Do you believe that nature is a given place for preschool activities?

Hagens Kapellvägs Nature Preschool is located in a residential area near Älvsborg Church, Hagens area, and has a tram stop just five minutes away. The preschool has a large and beautiful yard where we, among other things, cultivate in our sensory garden, build fires in our fire pit, perform on our stage, or construct various projects in our technology park. There are three groups with three educators in each group: Kotten 1-2 years, Kojan 3-5 years, Skogen 3-5 years. We are now looking for an additional preschool teacher.

Our preschool is a nature preschool focused on outdoor education and sustainable development, inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy. The staff has further education in various forms of outdoor education and a passion for being outdoors while also creating learning environments that encourage exploration and play.

Working with children is the best thing there is, which permeates our entire preschool. It is for the children that we work and for the joy we feel when the children are safe, learn new things, and are challenged—a child who grows by succeeding!

You will be involved in creating a good working environment for the preschool's children and yourself in collaboration with your colleagues and the principal. Our goal is to work as one unit. All children are everyone's children.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a preschool teacher with experience or a burning interest in outdoor education as a method. You may have training in I Ur och Skur, adventure pedagogy, or outdoor education. We would like you to find it natural to work with education outdoors.

If you are a newly graduated preschool teacher, you will have a mentor upon your employment. The mentor is part of a central group and is tasked with helping you get a good start in your professional life with us.

You can and want to work with others, listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively, and can distinguish between the personal and the professional.

We require that you have experience working with high goal fulfillment in preschool, a language-developing approach, and good competence in digitalization and learning environments. Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement for the position.

You know that children can and you see it as your task to stimulate children to explore and be curious about their surroundings together with others, individually, and with you as an important co-explorer.

You have the ability to create a preschool that is fun, safe, and developing for all children with environments designed to attract children's interest.

Being able to work physically unhindered, being in good physical shape, and working with all children between 1 and 5 years is a prerequisite. To be considered, you need to be able to work within our opening hours.
