Djupedalskolan

Djupedalskolan is a primary school with 430 students located near Mölnlycke. We are a school where we work together to create a shared perspective on all our students' learning in grades 4-9. We see it as a strength to be able to provide students with a safe school day where everyone's equal value is in focus. A good collaboration with guardians is something we place great importance on and see as an important part of our work. We work systematically and collegially to develop our teaching to give our students the very best conditions for their learning.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be a mentor in a grade 4 class. The assignment includes all common tasks for a primary school teacher. Ensuring good leadership and stimulation in teaching is seen as an important prerequisite in our quest to offer Sweden's best school. You plan, implement, and evaluate the teaching you conduct. You assess students' performance and develop teaching together with students and colleagues at the school with a striving to constantly improve teaching quality. You work relationally and have a good ability to create trusting relationships with both students, colleagues, and guardians. You are part of the 4-6 work team, and we expect you to engage in your and the unit's development and contribute to a positive work climate.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are now looking for a teacher for a temporary position during the period 250217-250616 with the following subject qualifications in grades 4-6 or alternatively in grades 1-7: Math, Swedish, English, Science, and Technology. You have:

• Teacher education and teaching certification with the desired qualifications
• Good collaborative skills
• The ability to work inclusively

In addition, we expect you to:

• Be able to work independently as well as with other staff at the school.
• Actively drive your own development forward in the areas you and the school need to develop
• Be accustomed to working pedagogically with information and communication technology
• Have the ability to create good meetings and collaborative forms with students, colleagues, and guardians

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. To obtain employment, a criminal record extract from the police must be presented.
