JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a substitute for a preschool teacher who wants to become part of our wonderful team at Ånneröd Preschool. As a preschool teacher, you have a leading role where you plan the work, carry out follow-ups, and analyze to improve and develop the operations together with the team based on the curriculum. You will actively work to create a stimulating and developing learning environment where children are at the center. You are responsible for working with other staff to ensure that the operations challenge the children to activity, learning, and responsibility. You will also work to ensure that education, care, and upbringing form a whole. In a quality-conscious manner, you create good conditions for the child's development and learning, as well as documentation of the same.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher. If you are studying to become a preschool teacher, you are also welcome to apply. In your role as a preschool teacher, you have good knowledge of the preschool's mission and are well acquainted with the preschool curriculum and other governing documents. Based on this, you have the ability to adapt your teaching to the children and allow them to participate in shaping the teaching.

As a preschool teacher, you are a good role model. You build relationships and collaborate well with the contacts that occur in your professional role, adapted to the situation. You focus on children and parents, have good communication skills, and are solution-oriented. You have an open and inclusive approach that makes the environment feel welcome. Your hospitality contributes to creating good meetings.

You need to have basic computer skills and be comfortable working in various digital systems.

You can communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Start date according to agreement.
