Bostadsbolaget has approximately 25,000 rental apartments distributed across all districts of Gothenburg. This makes us one of Gothenburg's largest landlords and an important part of community and urban development.

We are about 400 people working at Bostadsbolaget. Most work in our residential areas closest to our tenants, while others work centrally in one of our support functions. We have more than 20 different professions represented, but regardless of job role, we all work towards the same goal - to create good and safe living environments together with around 50,000 tenants and our other partners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a creative and engaged communicator who wants to make a difference? We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating meaningful relationships and engaging our tenants!

As a local communicator with us at Bostadsbolaget, you will play a key role in ensuring effective and target group-adapted communication. You will work operationally and broadly, focusing on monitoring both the Eastern district as well as the interests of the marketing and communications department. You will work from the district's various Boservice offices and from the head office on Engelbrektsgatan, with some opportunity for remote work once you have settled into the role.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Analyzing, planning, and following up on internal and external communication efforts
• Implementing and ensuring our communication strategy
• Designing and developing target group-adapted information for tenants
• Actively working with resident dialogue and strengthening engagement in our development areas Hammarkullen, Biskopsgården, and Tynnered.
• Providing support in communication matters to managers and colleagues
• Publishing news and content on our website, intranet, app, and social media.
• Taking photos, filming, and producing informational materials
• Leading the editorial board and determining content for our local customer magazine Fokus Hammarkullen
• Representing the department in various local projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in marketing, communication, or equivalent
• Experience in communication work
• Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is a plus
• Experience with WordPress is also a plus
