Job Advertisement: Part-Time Payroll Specialist

We are currently looking for two payroll specialists for an assignment with our client in the automotive industry. ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of payroll specialist, you will provide telephone support and assist employees and managers with questions related to payroll management. The assignment is part-time with fixed morning hours and is a perfect opportunity for you who are looking for a structured and meaningful role remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a chance to be part of an assignment with a well-known player in the automotive industry, where quality and development are in focus. You will be part of a team of approximately 20 people who currently need relief with support for a period of about six months. The support is an independent task, and you need to have the knowledge required to answer the questions posed.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 11:30, with work conducted entirely remotely.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling payroll-related questions and providing solution-focused support via phone.
• Structuring and documenting cases carefully in the case management system.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high quality in the work.
• Contributing to an efficient and supportive work environment.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has experience in payroll administration or has previously worked as a payroll specialist.
• Has an education in payroll administration or equivalent certification.
• Is available Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 11:30.
• Is communicative and solution-oriented with a strong desire to help others.
• Has the ability to work structured and carefully with documentation.
• Enjoys both independent work and collaboration with others.
• Can communicate in both Swedish and English as both languages are used daily.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Previous experience working in a case management system, preferably SNOW.
• Worked in payroll systems, preferably SD Works/Aditro.
• Worked in telephone systems, preferably Puzzel.
• Worked in a support or telephone support role.

Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or self-learning.
